We lawfully collect personal information from you that is necessary for our business to function, and to do business with your company. This
information can include your business name, your name, address, email address, your telephone number, credit card number and is stored securely
with logins and passwords.
Media M Group will take all reasonable steps to keep secure any personal information which we hold and to keep this information accurate and up to

Media M Group also owns a pharmacy database which we use to send faxstreams & emails for clients' advertising campaigns. This pharmacy database contains no personalised or personal information whatsoever. We do not collect sensitive information and have no need to, as our service is used for business to business communication.
We only use the information you provide to us for the purposes of operating Media M Group to facilitate our business operations. We will not use
your personal information for any other purpose without first seeking your consent, unless authorised or required by law. Generally we will only

offering unsubscribe functions in emails.

We also use the services of JotForm for both Media M Group and PharmAlerts.com.au as a dataform service-provider for people to opt-in to receiving information pertaining to Pharmacy advertising or recalls or advisories. Plus we use the emailing services of Campaign Monitor for emailing information to pharmacies, and occasionally SMS Express if we send texts to pharmacies.

The protection of our customer data is top priority and is a strict Policy of our company.
Our servers may automatically log information such as IP addresses, and the referring website.
We do not under any circumstances sell or rent any information about you to any third party. Not ever.
